b) For the purpose of contact via the contact form Personal data: first name, last name, nickname, email address. Legal basis for processing: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
c) For establishing, asserting and enforcing claims Personal data: first name, last name, residential address, PESEL number, NIP, REGON, email address, phone number, IP number, bank account number, payment card number. Legal basis for processing: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
d) For fulfilling legal obligations Personal data: first name, last name, company, PESEL number, NIP or REGON, email address, phone number, correspondence address, payment card number. Legal basis for processing: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing the required personal data is voluntary but is a condition for us to provide services to you. We currently disclose your personal data to the following entities:
a) Google Ireland Ltd. — for the purpose of measuring website traffic, creating statistics. b) Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — for the purpose of promoting the Service using Facebook.com.
